AI Data Processing

When you create images or videos in the Application, the following information is sent from your device for processing:

Google Google's AI services (Gemini / Imagen) generate the resulting images and videos. Your data is processed under Google's terms and is not used to train AI models.

Retention of Generated Content

To give you continuous access to your creations from any of your devices, generated images and videos are temporarily kept on Picaify's servers for a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the moment of generation. After this period, they are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems through an automated process no manual action is required from you, and no backup copy is retained.

If you would like to keep a copy of your work, please save it to your device before the 7-day window ends. Prompts you submit are stored only for the duration needed to complete the generation request and are not retained afterwards.

Other Data We Collect

In addition to AI inputs, the Application collects:

Account information (email, name) when you sign up
Purchase history for credit and subscription management
Anonymous analytics (screen views, crash reports) to improve the app

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes.
