You are responsible for ensuring that the prompts and uploaded content you submit do not violate intellectual property, privacy, or content policy rules.

Storage of Generated Content

Images and videos you create through the Application are stored on our servers for a maximum of 7 (seven) days, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. We do not keep any backup copies. You are solely responsible for downloading and saving any creations you wish to retain before this period expires.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Picaify offers auto-renewable monthly subscriptions and one-time credit packs. The following applies to all subscription purchases:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once consumed and credits do not expire.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to generate content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates any third-party rights. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Termination

The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all granted rights end and you must stop using and delete the Application.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
